The Cannibal Beer and Butcher is built into the edge of the Platform, a mixed-used complex near the Culver City Expo Line. Inside, The Cannibal exists both as a butcher/sandwich shop and also an expansive restaurant that specializes in nose-to-tail dining, whole animal feasts, and Charcuterie.

Among the legendary cured meats on the menu (much of which are sourced from legit New York wholesalers like Salumeria Biellese) are Chorizo Secco, whipped Lardo, Back Bacon, and Guanciale. For individual dishes, try the Burger with Tater Tots, a Chicken Parm Sausage, or decadent raw options like Lamb Tartare.
